Parivartan, a Hindi term signifying Change, Transformation, and Revolution, was established a decade ago by a diverse group of professionals including doctors, social activists, investment bankers, and media personnel, united by the desire to foster positive societal change. This non-profit, non-governmental organization is registered with the Mumbai Charity Commissioner under the Mumbai Public Trust Act of 1960, bearing the registration number Reg: Parivartanfoundation/Reg/F58054 (Mum). Parivartan operates in various domains such as Education, Health, Livelihood, Environment, Cancer, Diabetes, other non-communicable diseases, Disability support, Women's Empowerment, and Climate Change. Over time, it has significantly expanded its reach, positively affecting millions of lives through its initiatives. It has been honored with a prestigious award from the Government of Maharashtra's Ministry of Social Justice for its exemplary service in social work. Additionally, it holds certifications like 80 G, 12 A, and CSR form one, along with NITI AAYOG Registration.

Disaster Relief and Rehabilitation
Providing emergency relief assistance, such as food, shelter, and medical aid, to communities impacted by natural disasters, and supporting their long-term rehabilitation efforts. Offering prompt relief and contributing to the recovery and reconstruction efforts in communities affected by disasters.
Achievements
- 10 years and counting- creating livelihood for 10000 people with disabilities.
- 9000 girls from underprivileged backgrounds were uplifted from poverty through skilled livelihood.
- 5000 and counting reached and treated via our medical camps.
- 25000 plus mothers received reproductive health services.
- 5000 plus undernourished children across Maharashtra were reached and rescued for better nutrition and education.
- 1000 plus children were awarded education scholarships and grants.
- 100000 sanitary pads were distributed across villages to adolescent girls along with teaching menstrual hygiene practices.
- 11 Toilets constructed for the schools, constructed smart classrooms, and donated stationary kits to poor children.
- Educating and Developing skills of Tribal youths for the new world.

Dr G R is an inspiring leader in the field of development. He brings with him a strong managerial foundation with extensive experience from leading national and international non-profit organizations in the development sector, strategy development especially program planning, implementation, and system strengthening. He has international experience working with the UN at the WHO headquarters in Geneva Switzerland. He also worked in conflict-affected tribal areas like Gadchiroli which makes him a versatile professional who has a bird’s eye view as well as connections to the grassroots. His organizational skills and capabilities of envisaging a just society and fighting for it while taking people along are commendable. He has a degree in Medicine from Mumbai, a post-graduation in Health Administration from TISS, an MA from Madurai, and was awarded a fellowship from Dukes University USA in Future Leaders in Development. Currently, he is engaged in policy-level work in various Governments on Education and Health.

She has more than 15 years of experience in the top MNCs including various banks in leading roles. Before joining the Parivartan Foundation, she served in a managerial function at various Banks, where she was responsible for handling a team performance of more than 200 people. She directly worked with the Global CEOs and was instrumental in process improvement in the bank and received many accolades, recognitions, and awards. She was keen to drive community development projects at every stage, which makes her a strong person to has a vision to bring change to the community.

He has a handful of experience in the field of public health while working with prominent organizations such as ICMR, Tata Institute of social sciences (TISS), Karnataka Health Promotion Trust (KHPT, Karnataka), WHO, SATHI (Pune), CSER (Mumbai), NACO, MSACS, TNSACS, APSACS, etc. at various positions. Besides research, he has published many training manuals and capacity-building materials for govt. officials, PRI members, and NGO representatives. Currently, he is involved in undertaking a state-level action research project on malnutrition among Dalits, Adivasi, and other minority groups in Maharashtra.
